Yass Graveside Yarns

Connect with the fascinating stories of early Yass Valley residents, such as explorer Hamilton Hume, AB Triggs and victims of the evil William Munday. Share their triumphs, secrets and scandal while strolling amongst their headstones.

This guided 90 minute walking tour will be conducted by volunteers from the Yass and District Historical Society.

*Please note: the ground at the cemetery is uneven and not suitable for strollers or those with mobility issues. Please wear sturdy footwear and bring sun protection and water.
