Enjoy a walk in a Southern Highlands hidden gem. A commercial exotic fungi farm is operating in a disused Victorian Era train tunnel in Mount Gibraltar Mittagong. Mycologists Leonie and Peter will guide you through the historic site and discuss all things fungi, from cooking, biology to farming. The tunnel history will also be explored, its construction, engineering and the people involved in the Great Southern Railway extension.
