Your guide will greet you at your accommodation to commence your day of exploration of Griffith and surrounds. Expect a day rich in heritage, wine and delicious delights. Visiting could include De Bortoli Wines, Yarran Wines, Berton Vineyards, Calabria Family Wines or Aisling Distillery.
They start the journey stopping for a photo opportunity with the iconic large wine bottles and take you through a brief history of the wine history of the region. They make their way up to Hermits Cave for a look over Collina (The Hill), and view the landscape of different types of farming in the region, the story of Valerio Ricetti and how the Agricultural City of Griffith is making such a large impact Internationally.
It's time to move along and enjoy some of the fruits from the region at two wineries, it's time to step back in time and or try something sweet with the botrytis tasting at one of the wineries
