There are two dining table sets, outside set seats ten, inside seats six plus three stools at the breakfast bar. Sofa couch is upstairs and sleeps two. There are two living areas inside and three entertaining areas outside. A barbeque is on the back deck for guest use.
Both front and back yards are fenced/enclosed and safe for children or pets. There is a desk with space for work/computer use. Block out blinds, extra pillows, and blankets/hangers are supplied. Gas heating for those colder nights. Bonus fire pit in the backyard.
Located across from the local park and only a five-minute walk to the beach. The beach is a great surf spot. The property has a beautiful, homely feel. The many louvers and bifolds let in plenty of light and enable you to have a lovely view of both the bush and the water. There is ample seating inside and out.
The entire house is for guests' use, but the garage is locked and not for guests' use. Guest access is through both front and back doors.
You are very welcome to bring pets but strictly no animals inside the house.
