On the middle floor, as well as a breathtaking, beach front balcony with luxury outdoor lounge setting and the best beach views in town, our guests enjoy the convenience of a spacious, 6 person living room suite and TV area, along with a fully self-contained, family sized kitchen with all the ‘mod cons’ - including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove top, as well as an adjacent laundry area and washing machine and backyard patio.

On the bottom level, two more double bedrooms open up to another beach facing balcony with gorgeous garden surrounds, along with a family sized bathroom, plus futon sofa bed plus optional fold-out bed and infant porta cot and high chairs are available.

Pambula Beach is one of the few surf club patrolled beaches on the far south coast and is surrounded by National Parks, the Pambula River mouth, breathtaking walking trails. We're located just five minutes drive from the Merimbula airport and the award winning Pambula/Merimbula Golf Course.
