Beachside Units is a building featuring three self-contained units, all with beach reserve frontage and views. Unit 1 is a small one-bedroom unit on the ground floor. Unit 2 is a larger one-bedroom unit adjacent to Unit 1. Unit 3, located above the other two units, can be booked as either a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit or a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. Despite being on the first floor, Unit 3 is accessible without steps from the pathway due to the slope of the land.
The units are dog-friendly and situated in front of Lions Off-Leash Beach. There is also a pathway leading to Pambula Beach and the Rivermouth Beach. The property is an original building that has been owned and rented for holiday rentals since 2001, with a history of being rented for many years prior. Although it is an older building, it is clean and equipped with everything needed for a short or longer stay.
