When you’re cooking with outstanding ingredients, you really don’t need to do much to create a delicious meal. This is the ethos at Bermagui’s Boneless Vegetarian Cafe, a breakfast and lunch joint favoured for its nutritious meals that hero local produce: in bulging plant-based burgers and soft-shell tacos, or mushie peas on toast. There are plenty of sweet treats to indulge in as well, either over a coffee on the verandah or to take away.
Speaking of coffee, the establishment now roasts its own beans to create the house Wabi Sabi blend. Rest assured that whatever you order – from an espresso to a latte – you’ll be delivered a seriously tasty brew crafted by talented baristas.
