Celebrate the harvest with a fun, communal dining experience filled with great company and behind-the-scenes stories from Gav, their viticulturist, and Wally, their winemaker. Inspired by hearty Italian cuisines made to be enjoyed with wine, the feast includes a welcome drink, a seasonal three-course menu, and wine trivia.

South Coast Yellowfin Tuna slow-cooked in extra virgin olive oil, served with a classic Panzanella salad.

Ox heart tomatoes, stone fruits, Persian feta, and Pino’s capocollo.

'Guancia di Manzo Brasata' - slow-braised beef cheeks in red wine, served with Parmesan-infused yellow polenta.

'Pasta alla Nerano' sautéed zucchini with provolone cheese and olive oil.

Fagioli all’Uccelletto - beans cooked in a savoury tomato sauce with garlic and sage.
