Rosebank Guest Suite is nestled on the banks of the Shoalhaven River. It is situated at the rear, lower level of the house (with parking available at the front of the house). It is centrally located for easy access to many of the Shoalhaven's attractions. The air conditioned suite is ideally suited to a couple seeking a rural, waterfront getaway. As this is a non hosted stay, guests are ensured complete privacy from the rear of the house.
The suite offers a queen bed with lounge area, kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge, air fryer, cafe style sandwich press, coffee machine and electric kettle. There is a separate dining area. Bathroom (with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer) as well as laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer, tub, iron and ironing board) complete the suite. Outdoor amenities include a saltwater pool (overlooking the Shoalhaven River )with an outdoor setting and barbecue facilities as well as a lawn area beyond the pool.
Due to the property's proximity to a working cattle and cropping farm, pets are not permitted and guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbours by staying within the Rosebank perimeter.
