A beautiful introduction to the rich inner world of meditation.

You are warmly invited to come along to these weekly drop-in meditation sessions. Through the practices of meditation and mindfulness, you are able to better understand yourself, your thoughts and your emotions. Their experienced facilitators will gently guide you through the Calm Abiding Meditation practice - which runs for about 45 minutes. Afterwards, you are invited to stay for a warming cup of Chai and are welcome to ask any questions about the practice or the centre generally. This is a secular practice that requires no prior experience so all are welcome!
