As part of the Yila Healing Trail, Wildwood is excited to open its doors for a day filled with engaging workshops and activities. The experience begins with a plein air bush yoga class led by Justine Janssen, allowing participants to connect with nature while practicing yoga in the serene outdoors. Following the yoga session, you'll embark on a bush walk guided by Dharrawal and Wandra Wandian man, Drew Longbottom, who knows Wildwood intimately and will share his deep knowledge and stories about the land and its waterways.

After the walk, enjoy a delicious picnic lunch provided by Blak Cede, with gluten-free and vegetarian options available. The afternoon offers two workshop choices: a Native Food Planting session with Waminda, perfect for those interested in learning how to identify and care for native foods in their own gardens, or a Fermentation Workshop with Angie Prendergast-Sceats, where participants will take home a variety of tasty, seasonal, locally sourced produce.

This rich day of activities offers a unique opportunity to connect with Country, learn new skills, and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Wildwood.

Does not cater for people with access needs.
