Thali Nights will take you on an authentic journey of North Indian vegan cuisine, where you will experience the different flavour combinations of spices, herbs, vegetables and their accompaniments as chosen by Chef Arron in a carefully curated menu.
All thalis come with refreshing salads, unlimited rice and naan.
To start you off, a beautifully created unique side platter with tasty chutneys and of course, crispy papadums.
Dal makhani: Black lentils and kidney beans in a hearty gravy.
Mushroom potato saag: Mushrooms and potato's in a fresh spinach curry with lots of fragrant spices.
Vegan butter tofu: Their delicious butter sauce but vegan! With chunks of marinated tofu.
Baaingan bharta: Tandoori smoked eggplant minced and cooked with tomatoes, herbs and spices.
Drinks: Included in your set menu is a drink of choice, softdrink, sav blanc, merlot or a kingfisher beer.
