Upstairs is a light and airy open plan kitchen and living area with combustion fireplace, one bedroom and bathroom whilst separate downstairs accommodation has another two bedrooms, living area and laundry / bathroom.

Walk out from the open plan living area onto a great size deck where you can relax and enjoy both mornings and afternoons lazing around with family and friends enjoying a late breakfast or evening meal on the barbeque.

It is only a short five minute walk to the water's edge and to the shop to pick up the morning paper or Zacs Seafood Restaurant for a scrumptious meal. The local tennis courts and skate park are also only a short walk away.

It's the simple things that make Currarong so special, taking a bottle of wine and a cheese platter to the grassy foreshore to watch the sun go down after a day of swimming, fishing, dolphin and whale watching or exploring. Or take the short drive to the southern side of Beecroft Peninsular to see Point Perpendicular, Honeymoon Bay and Target Beach.

Please note that there is no internal access between the two floors, there is an external staircase leading down the side of the house.
