The founders of Guerrilla Roasters also work on the Mossy team and impart all their coffee wizardry to our passionate baristas. Guerrilla work with industry leaders who only source from sustainable farms throughout the Americas, Africa and Asia.
The blend they specifically design for the Mossy is ever-changing with the seasons, which gives them the ability to showcase the different flavours in coffee but also the terroir of a specific region.
