The Dalgety Brewing Company was formed in late 2008.
It is the first commercially produced beer in the Snowy Mountains region.
In 2007, The Snowy Vineyard Estate was awarded a federal government tourism grant for the construction of a cellar door, wine tasting room, and restaurant.
Nestled just a stone's throw from Dalgety and Berridale, and beside the legendary Snowy River, Dalgety Brewing Company offers a truly unique experience for craft beer lovers. While wine production has taken a backseat, Dalgety Brewing is now dedicated to crafting a diverse selection of beers, all brewed onsite using the pure, fresh water from the Snowy River.
