Kallarroo Farmstay

Kallarroo is located near Nimmitabel outside of Cooma, New South Wales.

With 1000 acres of rolling country- including native forest, park-like grazing land, and three kilometres Numeralla River frontage- there's a lot to do at Kallarroo!

The Kallarroo Cottage accommodation has the feel of a fishing/ski lodge and offers sweeping, majestic views down the valley and mountain property.

In this rustic and secluded log cabin, you can simply relax in front of the open fireplace, and enjoy rural comfort and a real taste of traditional Australian farm life.

You explore by bushwalking through pasture and old-growth forest watching for native animals and birds.

The cottage is fully self-contained, fits comfortably 5 people and is split into two levels. The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom, and living room that opens onto the front porch. Upstairs offers two bedrooms with views.

There are two comfortable double beds and one single. Fresh linen is ensured. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Outside the cottage, guests can enjoy drinks on the front porch and watch the sunrise/sunset over the valley and mountains, sit back and watch the horses and farm animals outside your door.

In the evenings, you can roast marshmallows around the fire pit, roast the meat on the spit roaster, cook dinner on a barbecue or soak in the hot tub.
