If you're obsessed with almond croissants, go weak at the knees for cream-filled eclairs and can't say no to a gooey cookie, then follow your nose to Chinderah's Cubby Bakehouse.
Everything you see in the cabinet, from the fresh strawberry tarts and the cream-cheese injected cookies to the decadent custard-filled muffins and jam-topped cream-bun eclairs, is made from scratch on-site, with fresh batches lining the cabinet across the day.
Grab a spot inside or go alfresco amongst the flower gardens and rip into Cubby’s brunch favourites like the bacon and egg banh mi, fresh avo on Cubby’s famed sourdough, green-tea noodle salad with karaage chicken, fresh pies, French toast croissants and, of course, French-style baguette sandwiches.
You’ll find Cubby in the heart of Chinderah overlooking the Tweed River.
