Stay at Minty, a charming two-bedroom terrace in the heart of Cooks Hill. Just steps from Darby Street’s best cafes and restaurants and a short walk to Newcastle CBD and Bar Beach, it’s the perfect base for your getaway.

Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each with a queen bed and quality linen. The main bedroom features air conditioning for your comfort, while both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Downstairs, the house offers a welcoming living room, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom includes a shower over a bathtub, perfect for relaxing soaks. Body soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

The kitchen is also fitted with a washing machine and clothes airer, with an outdoor clothesline available in the rear courtyard.

The property provides one parking space in the back, but please note it is a tight fit and may be challenging for larger vehicles. Free, unmetered parking is available on surrounding streets, though parking on our street has time restrictions during weekdays.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, a coffee pod machine, tea, and cooking essentials, towels and linen are provided, along with cleaning supplies.
