A four kilometre drive over unsealed road North of Wooli, Diggers Camp is where you go to truly get away from it all.

Largely off grid, with no shops, main streets or even street lights in sight, this is their quiet haven and they think it will be yours too!

For the historians amongst you, here's a Fun Fact for your file... Diggers Camp was named as such because a gold mine operated here in the late 1800s – the only coastal gold mine in the Clarence Valley. (They can't promise actual gold anymore but their sunsets are pretty Golden!)

Diggers Camp is a secluded spot that sits above the white sands of the largely untouched Diggers Camp Beach. Accessible by dirt road, visitors must bring all of their camping supplies and water, as this is an off-grid camping experience.

This paradise is a primitive camping site for those who aren’t looking for all the ‘bells and whistles’. This tent park has just 26 unpowered camping sites and a long-drop toilet. This quaint site is open during December and January and the New South Wales and Queensland holidays.
