A parade of youth will proceed down Prince Street to Market Square including schools and community groups from across the Clarence Valley proudly carrying banners they have designed inspired by this year’s theme, 90 Years In Bloom - Let's celebrate the oldest floral festival in Australia.
Judging of the banners will take place on the Market Square stage with two category winners announced; best school and best community group. The judging will be followed by the children taking part in the tradition of the maypole dance. Ensure to bring your picnic blanket, chair, hat and screen.
Schools and Community Groups are welcome to set up their marquees for shade prior to the event commencing.
