By Katie Cooking classes are fun, educational and inspiring experiences for everyone who loves life and quality food! Her classes include fresh pasta/Italian, three-course French, and gourmet plant-based and all celebrate seasonal quality ingredients and sustainable practices. These classes run publicly fairly regularly but are most commonly run for private groups of family or friends, with flexible dates and times for you to choose from.
Katie trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu London and since then has worked for restaurants in London as well as on retreats in Europe. She is also a published author and you may recognise her book in Kmarts and other bookstores all around Australia. She has also cooked on SBS's The Cook Up as well as Channel 7's The Morning Show on multiple occasions.
Katie is passionate about sustainable, flavour driven food and is driven to inspire people and give them confidence in the kitchen; It's these elements that make Katie's cooking classes unforgettable experiences.
