From the first vintage in 1997, there has been a focus and determination to produce top-shelf examples of signature Hunter Valley Semillon and Shiraz. Thomas Wines has gathered an impressive folio of local growers, who each own arguably the Hunter's most distinguished vineyards, producing world-class, uniquely regional styles.
