As St Patrick's Day approaches, take a step back in time and uncover the stories of early Yass Valley residents from Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. Walk among their headstones as their knowledgeable guides share tales of their triumphs, secrets, and misfortunes - stories that shaped the community.
This 90-minute guided tour, led by experienced volunteers from the Yass Valley History Centre, offers a unique way to honour those who came before you, while embracing the spirit of St Patrick's Day.
Gather your friends, wear a splash of green, and celebrate Celtic heritage!
Bookings are essential! if you prefer to book in person you can visit the Yass Valley History Centre and purchase your tickets there.
Please note: the ground at the cemetery is uneven and not suitable for strollers or those with mobility issues. Please wear sturdy shoes and bring sun protection and water.
