As part of this year's Stomp Fest, you are invited to join in for a relaxed Autumn evening of tasting Bordeaux style blends at Barton Estate Wines.
You will taste three vintages of their cool climate interpretation of the famous Bordeaux blend.
Taste three vintages (2015, 2012, and 2004) of Barton Estate "Synergy" Cabernets Merlot along with 2015 Mount Mary Quintet and a real deal from the Left Bank.
You will probably start with a glass of the Sparkling Blanc De blancs to fire up your palate!
Tasty morsels and cheese platters will accompany your flight of wines as you are guided through a history of the blend, why they love it, and a comparison of Barton Estates vintages alongside the best-known Australian version... and you will take a sneak peek at the 2024 still in barrel.
