Fort Courage consists of 70 acres of Murray River frontage and is the ideal base to fish Frenchman's Creek, Rufus River, Darling Anabranch and Deadmans Creek. It is a great area for fishing with Cod, Golden Perch, Redfin and Yabbies.
Facilities at Fort Courage Caravan Park include: three acres of assorted shade trees, lush green lawns, two large gas barbecues and gas Weber roasters undercover, a shower and two toilet blocks with laundry, a concrete boat ramp and ample tables and chairs undercover. Two fully stocked camp kitchens are also available for campers to use.
Day visits to Fort Courage are available for family or group barbecues, at a charge of AUD 2 per adult.
NSW fishing licences are available.
It is a Pet-Friendly Park at the caretaker's discretion. No pets are allowed in accommodation.
A Fishing Competition is held on the second Saturday of each month. Excellent prizes can be won.
