The event which started way back in 1993 and is now part of the Riverina Triathlon Series, is one of the longest-running community triathlons in NSW and has enjoyed high participation rates and support from the local sporting and service clubs in partnership with a range of local business people.
Three races will again run on the day. The kids ‘Mini Tri’ will begin at 8.00 am (two-kilometre bike, 66-metre swim and 800-metre run).
At 8.30 am the ‘Enticer Race’ (750 metre run, eight-kilometre bike, 200 metre swim and two-kilometre run), for kids 14 and under and adults wanting to have a go for the first time will take place.
The ‘Sprint Race’ (1.2-kilometre run, 16-kilometre bike, 200-metre swim and 3.5-kilometre run) or those 15 years and above, will begin at 9.30 am. So get training, challenge yourself, form a team or go individual and have some fun.
