Situated on the flat plains, the areas in and around Deniliquin are ideal for exploring by pedal power.
A popular cycling route for local riders is the 30-kilometre loop – which takes you past the festival site of the iconic Deni Ute Muster, farmland, wildlife and the local irrigation system.
Head out on Hay Road, and take a right at Wandook Road, when you arrive at a t-intersection turn right on Conargo Road before riding back into Deniliquin.
If you’re up for a social ride, the Deniliquin Cycling Club meet at the corner of George and Napier Streets each morning at around 6.45 am. After completing the 30-kilometre loop with the local crew, sit back and enjoy a coffee at a local cafe.
