Dee White has written a delightful children's book titled "The Girl in the Painting" which tell the story of Susie Bourne "The Tar Girl" in Tom Robert's iconic painting - Shearing the Rams.
This painting was done in 1893 at the original run - Brocklesby Station which is just a little north of Corowa.
The launch will take place at Corowa's Federation Museum.
There will be interesting speakers, special guests, a Celebration cake and a cuppa. Copies of the book will be available for sale at AUD25 per copy.
