Join The Victoria Rutherglen for an exclusive one-night-only dining experience as three of Rutherglen's brightest culinary talents come together to showcase the abundance of Victoria's Northeast. Chefs Briony Bradford (Jones Winery Restaurant), Brendan Anderson (The Victoria), and Matthieu Miller (Grace Bar and Eatery) will present a unique collaborative dinner, offered with a curated selection of Jones Winery and Vineyard wines at the newly renovated Victoria Hotel Rutherglen.

This exclusive event will be limited to 80 guests, providing a unique opportunity to enjoy a 3-course meal crafted by three chefs redefining Rutherglen's dining scene.

Each of these exceptional chefs brings their own unique style and creativity to the table. Matthieu Miller renowned for his commitment to regional seasonality, will highlight the rich agricultural produce of Rutherglen. Briony Bradford, with her classical French training, will bring a refined and innovative approach, blending European flair with the best of local ingredients.
