Centennial Vineyards is about cool climate grape growing and winemaking. The vines ripen with lower temperatures than most Australian wine regions. Because the climate is colder, vines ripen the fruit much more slowly and evenly than in warm regions, producing balanced, aromatic fruit.
All wines are crafted onsite in the state-of-the-art winery, allowing the production of quality cool-climate wines, with maximum aroma and flavour and presented at their optimum bottle age.
Their vines in Bowral are planted over 80 acres consisting of Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Albariño, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, Grüner Veltliner and Tempranillo.
With a small vineyard in Orange (Bridge Creek) they are currently growing Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Rondinella and Corvina just to name a few.
They export their wines to England, Singapore, Korea and China. Their success is due to their commitment to producing quality wines at all costs.
Centennial Vineyards invites you to visit and experience the charm and warmth of the Cellar Door whilst tasting the fine wines.
