Three fabulous private gardens rarely open to the public in Burradoo and two in Exeter will open their gates for the weekend.
Visitors will have the unique opportunity to explore these hidden gems, each offering a distinct blend of horticultural beauty and creative landscaping. In Burradoo, the gardens boast a variety of exotic plants, meticulously arranged flower beds, and tranquil water features that create a serene atmosphere. Meanwhile, the gardens in Exeter are celebrated for their lush greenery and charming pathways that meander through colourful blooms and towering trees.
Garden enthusiasts will not only enjoy the visual feast but also gain inspiration for their own gardening projects.
The Plant Fair at the Botanic Gardens will feature specialist plant stalls including native, succulent, cacti, perennials and camellia nurseries offering plants not readily available in general garden centres. And of course, the fabulous plants grown by the botanic gardens.
The 'Short & Horny' jazz band will perform live on Sunday, enhancing your experience at the plant fair and making your visit even more delightful.
