Now and Then

A young bartender is closing up one night while waiting for his girlfriend. Moments later, an older man comes in for a quick drink. They talk about life, careers, and estiny and finally, the older man tells him about his motive for showing up that night. He’s here to make an unlikely plea to this young bartender.
