Big, beautiful recent works from South Australia’s far north. Curated by Wagga Wagga Art Gallery and presented in conjunction with APY Art Centre Collective.

More than 20 works from the APY (Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara) Lands and Coober Pedy will be on display, bringing the iconic colour and images of desert painting. With their distinctive beauty, these paintings also speak to the deep ongoing connection that APY people have to Country.

This exhibition will be an opportunity to purchase an artwork form the APY lands, and in doing so supporting Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankatjatjara people to build strong resilient communities through positive income initiatives such as remote area community art centres.

The APY Art Centre Collective are a group of Indigenous-owned and governed art centres that work together on innovative artistic projects, and strong business initiatives.

Actively welcomes people with access needs.
