The Temora Aviation Museum’s April Aircraft Showcase will feature a spectacular lineup of servicable aircraft from the RAAF 100 SQN Historic Flight Collection, including iconic planes such as the Supermarine Spitfire, Cessna O-2A, Lockheed Hudson, Wirraway, Tiger Moth, Ryan STM S2, and many more visiting Warbirds.
At Temora, you’ll get an up-close look at Australia’s aviation heritage as a carefully curated selection of ex-military aircraft takes to the skies.
The event will feature a full day of family-friendly entertainment at the Aircraft Showcase.
Attendees can look forward to stunning flying displays that showcase the incredible capabilities of various aircraft. Engaging commentary and music will enhance the experience throughout the day.
Guests can enjoy guided tours of the static aircraft collection and will have the opportunity to listen to interviews with pilots and aviation veterans. There will also be a dedicated children’s playground available for younger guests to enjoy.
Attendees will have the chance to meet the pilots up close, making for a memorable experience. The Museum offers access to three full-motion flight simulators, which can be booked in advance.
Additionally, food and Barista-style coffee will be served at two locations by the in-house Guardhouse Cafe. Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic to enjoy in the shaded seating areas or on the lawn.
