Printhie Dining epitomises the essence of destination dining in the heart of the Orange region wine country, drawing inspiration from the rich agricultural history of the Swift family. The menus are crafted with a focus on quality, simplicity, and thoughtful preparation, prioritising the integrity of the produce and its flavours. It's committed to using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from the property or from trusted regional producers and purveyors, with some treasures even foraged from the surrounding forests.

Printhie Dining also has an innovative oyster tank, the only restaurant to have this technology in-house allowing Oysters to be shucked to order and paired perfectly with the Swift Sparkling range, considered to be one of Australia's best.

Situated on the slopes of Mt Canobolas at 1000 metres above sea level Printhie Dining provides commanding views across the undulating hills dotted with vineyards and orchards.
