The Rosnay Farmstay is a 1910 farmhouse on a working organic farm "Rosnay". It has one twin room and two queen rooms, veranda with table and barbecue, kitchen-dining, lounge and a shared bathroom. It is surrounded by a large garden that is shared with the Statham family, and includes a vegetable garden you can pick from. In season you are welcome to pick your own figs from the orchard next to the farmstay.

The Rosnay glamping and camping site is on the banks of a dam in the olive grove, and features a raised 6.5m safari tent with a queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps and electricity. The adjacent camp kitchen is a timber hut with a deck right on the water, and kitted with wine glasses, basic utensils, cutlery and crockery, fridge, stove and BBQ, sink, hot water, eco friendly (RV-style) toilet and hot shower. This is an exclusive camp site, with no other guests, although you can invite friends to bring their own tents and join you.

Located just 8km outside the historic village of Canowindra, Rosnay is a mixed organic farm and winery, created by the Statham family in 1997. Guests are invited to learn about the farm and taste the farm produce in the new cellar door, and are able to walk around the farm, ride bikes and more.
