Located on the south side of Narrabri the Narrabri Showground offers a primitive campground, with spacious sites for tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans. It also has powered and unpowered sites at reasonable rates with hot showers. Overnight stables are available, and pets are welcome (they must be on a leash).
It is close to Narrabri Lake with a walking/bike track and is a short walk to motels and a service station. Location is near the highway and EFTPOS is available.
The hall is available for hire and is suitable for parties, auctions and school excursions.
The showground hosts the annual show in April/May, pony camp in the September/October school holidays as well as rodeo and camp draft events.
The friendly caretaker lives onsite at the entry gate house. All visitors must see the caretaker on arrival and sign in via QR code on arrival before setting up camp.
