Gourmet Fiesta at the Glen Innes Show

The annual Gourmet Fiesta brings celebrity chefs, demonstrations, tastings and market stalls to the Glen Innes Show to showcase the region’s delicious produce and food and beverage businesses.

This year, Gourmet Fiesta welcomes celebrity chef Matt Golinski - a professional chef with a passion for creating cuisine using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. Well-known as one of the original team members of the popular ‘Ready Steady Cook’ television series, Matt has worked as executive chef at some of Queensland’s leading restaurants over his 32-year career.
