Based in Cowra, Central West NSW, the restaurant is the creation of Cowra born & bred-turned-Sydney chef James who has teamed up with Sydney hospitality stalwart Chris. Combined there is over 35 years of experience in their respected fields.
With a menu that changes seasonally, the focus is delicious fresh produce.
