As the sun graces the horizon, the chefs kindle the fires, tending to the coals while produce hangs over open flames, sending aromatic smoke billowing into the sky. An immersive dining adventure awaits you, where you'll be enveloped by the sights, scents, and flavours of open-fire cooking. Positioned ringside at the open kitchen, you'll witness each course's transformation over hot coals and flames, using sustainably harvested wood and local charcoal. Each course is thoughtfully paired with locally produced wines, complemented by signature wild cocktails infused with native herbs, spices, and berries.
