Meats are prepared with time and care, from the melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork with slaw and pickles, to pork ribs by the full or half rack and a Rangers Valley Black Tyde Angus steak.
But there ae plenty of options for non-carnivores, including mushroom burgers, smoked mac-n-cheese and vegan nachos.
Unsurprisingly, jalapeños, tequila and mezcal are regular features on the drinks list – sometimes all paired together in the same drink. And imbibing before noon is not frowned upon: order the breakfast martini if you don’t believe us.
