Jaguar Stay, Mogo 

It's in the quaint South Coast town of Mogo where you’ll find six high-ceilinged, modern villas at Jaguar Stay. Set across 160 acres, and sidled up against the Mogo Wildlife Park, each of the villas is home to a king-sized bed, outdoor deck and firepit, a full kitchen for at-home dining and a private outdoor plunge pool. On the outskirts of the Shoalhaven’s charming village BerryLinnaeus Farm is a stylish group getaway. Sleeping more than 10 guests (depending on configuration) across five bedrooms, the sprawling house (also home to an EV charger) is primed for relaxation with an expansive yard and olive grove, lake house and meditation hut, fire pit, and a garden-surrounded pool. Book into the Luxe Ocean Suite at Tumbling Waters Retreat near Stanwell Park and you’ll be treated to your very own saltwater infinity pool – it’s also accompanied by a heated plunge. The suite itself, ideal for pairs, has sweeping ocean and rainforest views, large open-plan living spaces and a handmade marble bath. Also on the property, though not swimmable anymore, is a heritage-listed ornamental pond. It was originally built as a pool in the 1930s, and during rainfall creates a spectacular waterfall.

One of the only working farms in Gerringong on the South Coast is Ocean Farm. The secluded hillside property for 12 is home to horses and dairy cattle, and glorious views of the South Pacific Ocean. The house has been luxuriously fitted out with a huge kitchen, fireplace, spacious living area and views from every bed. Whether it’s just the two of you or you have the whole family in tow, Zensi Retreat has incredible options for a wellness-infused getaway on its sprawling Mudgee property. Groups of up to 10 can book The House, an architectural marvel that has a large pool on the deck, along with a sunken firepit and your own private spa and sauna. The Villa is a cosier option for couples, but with no less luxury: the room includes a dry sauna and a cold/hot plunge pool.
